New & Existing Players

New Players:

• Take a moment to fill in your details using “Register Here”
• Once registered, DM the club admin to receive your login credentials
• Change your password after logging in for the first time (for security reasons)

Existing Players:

• Check the Game Card for available games by category & level
• Click Join based on your availability

Refer friends whod like to join (mention their skill level for quick onboarding)

Track your game status via card updates:

• Initial: Not joined yet
• When Joined: Your spot is not confirmed yet (awaiting host confirmation)
• When host confirms: Your spot is confirmed (host confirms based on FIFO system)
• FIFO note: First 6 players in each batch get confirmed

Dont worry if you dont see same-level players on the banner — we sometimes mix levels to keep the game going!

If sign-ups are low or any unforeseen issues pop up, well update you on cancellations.

Agenda: Minimum chat for smooth coordination.

WHAT TO BRING

• Non-marking badminton shoes & Your own racket and water bottle (room temperature recommended)

BEFORE THE GAME

• Arrive early for warm-up

DURING THE GAME

• For the first match, the losers team steps out
• Rotation Rule:Play 2 games and Rest 1 game
• Keep used & new birdies near the pole (where tubes are kept)

AFTER THE GAME

• Do cool down & stretching exercises. Collect all personal belongings before you leave
